Although Prugo is pleading not guilty to the robberies he is spending a lot of time talking about them to the American media. The Bling Gang was made up mostly of teenage girls who were said to have been fascinated by celebrity. It is claimed that they researched their burglaries on the internet by getting hold of addresses and finding out where the owners of the homes would be at certain times.

According to Prugo he and another burglar had first managed to gain access to Paris Hilton’s home where they found valuables and money two months before she realised she had been robbed. She only realised after the gang broke in for a second time when it is said they managed to walk off with nearly $2 million in cash and jewellery. Prugo claims they also stole five grammes of cocaine.

Although other high profile victims of the gang are said to have been actress Rachel Bilson and actor Orlando Bloom they were only arrested after CCTV cameras caught them breaking into the home of Lindsay Lohan. The footage was released to the public after which police received a tip off.

The revelations were revealed in a phone all to the actresses’ father when Ledger died.

Dina Lohan exposed the Hollywood pair’s relationship in a phone call to Michael Lohan that was leaked, and said Ledger’s death is what triggered her daughter’s downward spiral.

A story on a recent gossip website said that Dina told Lindsay’s father Michael in a phone call that she was dating Heath when he died.

It was reported that she said that she didn’t know if Michael knew, but she knows because she would drop her off and they were very good friends.

Lohan attended Ledgers memorial service in the US.

In the audio tape from 2008, Dina claimed that the untimely death of the Australian actor triggered Lindsay’s downward spiral and her troubled relationship with Samantha Ronson.

Dina also told of her fears that her daughter would suffer a similar fate as the young Australian actor.  Ledgers death was found to be an accidental acute intoxication caused by a combination of six kinds of pills.

Dina said that when Lindsay was drunk or takes an Adderal with it, she would do something like Heath Ledger in a second without thinking.

Dina also implies that the 23 year olds problems stemmed from her parent’s rocky marriage, a sore subject in which Lindsay has previously said involved domestic abuse.
