Disgraced Fevola in sex toy romp again

Aussie Rules player Brendon Fevola’s fascination with giant dildos has landed him in trouble, again.

The incident occurred on the Carlton Football Club’s traditional end of season Mad Monday celebrations, and this time involved the wayward Blues forward swinging the gigantic sex toy around at a Melbourne pub where he and fellow team mates had been less than quietly getting on it.

Other players who were at the party included Captain Chris Judd, Heath Scotland, Brice Gibbs, Richard Hadley, Mitch Robinson, Jordan Russell and Nick Stevens. Patrons in the pub described the antics as disgraceful, claiming most of the team was clearly intoxicated. One witness said Fevola and mates were intimidating and were aggressive towards him and when that failed the team mates even turned on each other. This led to a minor altercation on the footpath outside the well known University watering hole.

The team had booked the Naughton’s Head Hotel for a supposed dinner at 7.30pm, by 9pm it appears that this was merely part of a rather large pub crawl. Club spokesperson Ian Coutts has so far refused to comment on the episode.

Of course, this is no surprise given Fevola’s tendencies to literally make a dildo out of himself in public. At last year’s Mad Monday celebration, Fevola was famously photographed parading around Melbourne with a dildo protruding from his pants.

The latest incident will no doubt renew calls for bans on the Mad Monday celebrations. In recent years, what was once a team bonding exercise has turned into nothing more than an excuse for grown men to get paralytic drunk with what they believe as free-licence to offensive public behaviour.

It must also be noted that several other teams are still playing football this season with the hope of winning the premiership. Perhaps more team time on the park, rather than on the booze, would see them more successful as role models as well as players.
